Welcome to Brand’it. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing any order.

1. General

Brand’it is a South African-based business specialising in sourcing and supplying premium and emerging products across electronics, apparel, household goods, and more.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only once full payment is received.

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include VAT where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include EFT and bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped directly from our local and international suppliers.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if payment has not yet been made.

  • If payment has been made and the item has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us info@brandit-int.co.za immediately with your order number.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only 30% of the purchase value is refundable.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • No exchanges are allowed.

6. Product Availability

  • Product availability is subject to change at any time.

  • If a purchased item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product descriptions, images, and the Brand’it logo — is owned or licensed by Brand’it and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brand’it is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
